Momiji is happy to help anyone in the community – including at-risk and/or disabled seniors and their caregivers – to find the information they need to ensure an enriched quality of life. Our staff can help with everything from identifying problems to finding practical solutions. Our client services are free of charge to anyone who requires assistance. Fees may apply to other services or programs offered at Momiji or within the community.
Some of the areas in which we offer assistance include identifying problems; making referrals to professionals; arranging assistance with nutrition, budgeting and housekeeping; interpreting and translating; helping to complete applications for appropriate services or programs; providing information on long-term care and arranging legal help.
